Meet Cookie! Cookie was surrendered to the shelter when her special needs became too much for her original owners–having been diagnosed with short-spine syndrome. From a cold cell to hand built ramps, warm food, and a cozy home we are thankful that Cookie found her forever home in Cincinnati, Ohio!
